Far be it from me to defend Rick Perry, but when his support of in-state tuition fees for the children of illegal immigrants is the issue that drives Republican voters to support Herman Cain -- or anybody else -- instead of him, it makes clear that it's Republican voters who are the problem, not Rick Perry.
