No disrespect against Fordham and/or the University of Pennsylvania, one or both of which Donald Trump says is the "Best School in the Country," but Barack Obama went to Occidental, Columbia and Harvard Business School (that last at which he was editor of the Harvard Law Review), so if the implication is that Obama has an inferior education, well...anybody who says "I'm a smawt guy" and then hints that he thinks Obama is a Kenyan-born Muslin terrorist clearly lacks a bit in the credibility department.
