Keeping in mind that he opens this press briefing by noting that a Congressional committee has recommeded contempt proceedings against Harriet Myers and Josh Bolten for ignoring congressional supoenas, and noting that Congress has issued a supoena for Karl Rove's testimony (also expected to be ignored), watch Tony Snow turn the whole world upside down in under 5 minutes:
Lest we forget there are also some 5 million(!) emails the White House has refused to release to Congress as part of its investigation. What part of the word cooperation does the man not understand? It's an artful thing the lying these press secretaries do.
