As an occasional reminder about our nation's misplaced priorities, why are we cutting $10-million from the annual budget of the federally-funded Meals on Wheels program (cuts which will mean 4 million fewer meals will be delivered to more than 39,000 senior citizens), when we budget more than $700-BILLION -- PER YEAR -- for military spending?
