The whole clip is nothing more than a chicken-hawk end-zone dance conducted by a weak-chinned, self-important, multi-millionaire poppinjay asshole, but the money quote comes at about 2:27, when Friedman explains:
"What they needed to see was American boys and girls, going house to house, from Basra to Baghdad, and basically saying, which part of this sentence don't you understand? You don't think we care about our open society? You think this bubble fantasy we're just going to let it grow? Well Suck. On. This. That Charlie, was what this war was about. Interesting to note that the entire conversation is conducted in the past tense, because the war is over in this interview dated MAY 29, 2003! It's post-Mission Accomplished!
