The President vowed last night to veto "any bill that comes to [his] desk with earmarks in it." Erm...not really. Let's face it, despite all the caterwauling in Washington about earmarks, legislators can't help themselves but for passing bills with earmarks, and presidents can't help but sign them. End of story.
