Upon further review, the state of Virginia has revoked the above previously-issued personalized license plate. State officials were not bothered by the plate's apparent cannibalistic message, however, but rather by the implied oral sex pedophilia. Yes, Virginia really is for lovers...and creepy bureaucrats.
