Justice is Blind, but not Infallible

The state of Texas has executed 464 people since 1982. Cornelius Dupree Jr. served 30 years in a Texas prison but was was released today after he and his legal team finally proved his innocence.

How many Cornelius Duprees do you suppose might be on the executed list? If it's more than zero, it's one too many. And it's cases like this one that expose the real reason why the death penalty must be abolished, once and for all.
