Ain't No Party like a Tea Party

You had to know once the Tea Partiers got to Washington they'd be in for a whole host of surprises about the inner workings of the government. First they learn you can't just lop off $100-million in spending with no regard for the consequences. Now their favorite spiteful icon on the US Supreme Court informs them that, sorry Virginia, budgetary earmarks are perfectly constitutional.
