Sunday Morning

Did anyone notice whether Sarah Palin sat down for any interviews on the Sunday Morning talk shows?

  1. Commendable effort on the part of the M Bros. Can't knock a guy for supporting his hometown squad. Great duckets w/ free libation? Wish I had been there. Watched on the tube, never saw ya. I haven't seen Dodger crowd that worked up in ages. Were you sportin' the gear? This thing could easily go 7.

  3. We were sporting the gear and flying the colors. I even brought along my cut of turf from the Vet so we'd have some "home field" advantage.

Funny, I guess we just know how to enjoy a game, because I saw at least two other Phillie fans complaining to the security people that the Dodger faithful were being mean to them. [And to that one whiny dude in the Phils jersey I say, "Get a sack, db. Or go root for the Philly Soul."

We just laughed along with the hecklers, dished out a few good lines of our own and had a great time (despite the loss). Dodger fans ain't so bad.

They introduced Fernando (one of my Dad's all-time favorites) and Orel, and had the 8-year infield throw out the first pitches -- including D.Lopes in the his Phillies uniform. Props to all those great players.
