About ACORN

I'm no expert, but if the Right's biggest complaint against ACORN is that in their efforts to register people to vote they are submitting some false and/or duplicate names to official government registrars, well, confirming the validity of those names is not ACORN's job, it's the registrar's. When you're approached outside the supermarket to register to vote, you can go right ahead and sign up as "Mickey Mouse" or "Joe DiMaggio," that doesn't mean the name is going to be verified and "Mickey Mouse" or "Joe DiMaggio" are going to get to vote.

The point is, it's not "voter registration fraud" that fixes an election, it's "election fraud."
