Democrats are Craven; Cave In

If anyone wonders why the Democrats still get no respect, even though they are supposed to be in charge, you need look no further than this political development:

It's disappointing, but not surprising. After the president scuttled a compromise
between Director of National Intelligence Mike McConnell and congressional
Democrats, Senate Dems did what many expected they would do: they
caved.

They're goddamn bootlicking pansies.




My own senator, Dianne Feinstein, was one of 16 Democrats to vote to allow the president (George Fucking Bush!!!) greater legal authorization to spy on people. As if to double the indignation, the new legislation puts the attorney general (Alberto Fucking Gonzales!!!) in charge of enforcing the new law.


What the hell is wrong with these people?
