Currently making the rounds on the Book of Face. It's worth pointing out that in almost every instance of automatic telephone customer service, you do not have to "press one for English," the recorded voice routinely offers a greeting -- in English -- and then says something along the line of "Para español, presione dos." So this whole "Press one for English" thing is a bunch of malarkey.
