Proving once again that the only real requirement to joining the Republican Party is that one act at all times like a raging asshole, GOP senators who boycotted a committee vote on President Obama's nominee to lead the Environmental Protection Agency didn't just go golfing or otherwise waste their time not doing their jobs. No, they arranged instead to have lunch with lobbyists from the energy industry at the same time the vote was taking place. #toocleverbyhalf.
