I realize that not everyone in America gets some of the deeper subtleties of our wonderfully expressive English lexicon, but when you're a member of Congress I expect more. The phrase you're looking for, Mr. Dumbass Congressman Gomer from Texas, is "by the same token," not "on the same token" (nor "at the same token" either, while we're on the subject), and once you bastardize the wording I know everything you say after that is going to be just a bunch of stupid nonsense. [Although when is comes to Gomer, pretty much everything he say's is stupid nonsense.]
