I think if we can take anything away from the recent Titanic shift in public opinion on Teh Gay Marriage, it's that all is not lost on gun control, even as our craven politicians continue to fold to the gun lobby. As recently as just a year or two ago, the current tide toward gay marriage would have been unthinkable.
At some point we will see the same tipping point on guns. We're just not there quite yet.
