Mitt is not making me laugh all that much, but he is lying through his teeth on a fairly regular basis.
When your tax plan calls for lowering the highest tax bracket from 33% to 20%, and you stand behind a podium at a presidential debate and say: "I'm not going to cut taxes on high income people," what are we supposed to take from that?
