Good discussion, but I'll say Biden stole it.
UPDATE:I suppose I'd call it a draw on the optics (the shallowest measure), but Biden clearly rescued the Obama campaign from the president's sub-par [alleged] performance. That said, it was also clear Ryan was swimming in the deep end of the pool for the first time.
