No real slight intended here against Ann Rmoney, who was given the doubly unenviable chore of touting not only Little Lord Fauntleroy (by pretending he wasn't born on 3rd base thinking he hit a triple) and defending Republican policies that are openly hostile to women, but right in the midst of watching last night's incredible speech by Michelle Obama it occurred to me, the Rmoneys represent the America of the past (stodgy, dreary, defensive and uninspiring), while the Obamas represent the America of the future (stylish, modern, hopeful and uplifting). There's a huge difference.
