Megan McCain has been trying pretty hard over the past couple of years to capture the coveted "Voice of the Millennials" slot on the cable news circuit, but if you heard her recent mangling of "emoticon" and "modicum" you've come to realize she doesn't have a real good command of the English language.
Speaking of the Obama family, McCain likened the mean-spirited attacks on Michelle and her daughters to her own experiences during the 2008 presidential campaign. "They deserve some small emoticon of privacy," she said -- TWICE in the space of about 15 5 seconds. We're fairly sure she meant they deserve a "modicum" of privacy, but whatevs.
