[click image for larger view]California's own...In-N-Out Burger. This pic is from the new Arroyo Grande shop. There were easily 20 cars in line at the drive-thru. Given the price of gas these days, I prefer to walk in and enjoy the ambiance. On this day, the place was buzzing with activity. I counted at least 20 employees (13 just in this picture), all working their tails off. My favorite is the French fry guy, who just stands there throwing whole potatoes into the slicer over and over and over and over again. I could definitely see a repetitive motion injury hazard being the French fry guy at In-N-Out.
