For a lot of people, things aren't really getting any better. Now economists are talking about systemic "rust belt" decline in California cities. The stock market can go all the way to 15,000 for all anyone cares, until we solve the jobs crisis, our economy -- the one "The Other 98%" lives in -- is not going to improve.
