"Just build the dang fence..."

It was the Republicans' idea to build a border fence. Apart from the fact that the fence covers only +/- 700 miles of a 2000-mile border, how effective do you suppose the fence really is? Not very. Here's a video clip of two teen-aged girls climbing the fence in less than 18 seconds each...
