Have been working on a fairly complicated project all morning, so I reserved one of our medium-sized conference rooms to secure a measure of privacy. The room was so ridiculously cold, however, and with no thermostat, that I was finding it hard to concentrate and get any work done. That was until one of my helpful coworkers told me what she does is turn on the overhead projector and use the heat generated by the unit's light bulb to "warm up the room."
Like a scene in Catch-22, this is how things get done around here.
