Carly Fiorina sent more than 30,000 American jobs to India and nearly bankrupted Hewlett-Packard with her ill-advised decisions. She was "asked to leave" "shown the door" fired by the HP board of directors because of her incompetence. I suppose some might argue that actually makes her qualified for government work.
