Anyone still suffering under the delusion that the new Arizona anti-immigration law isn't specifically geared toward snaring Mexicans should take a quick look at this memo, written by the xenophobe who claims credit for writing the bill that became the law."Police to use violations of property codes (i.e. cars on blocks in the yard...or too many occupants in a rental accommadation)" to initiate contact. I wonder what particular ethnicity might fit that descrption...Canadians? Irish?
