Walking billboard for people deserving of the the death penalty (sez me, the world's fiercest death penalty opponent) sentenced to life in prison. Yes, even murderous psychos like Scott Roeder must be allowed to live, in order to protect the innocent and the railroaded from a wrongful death sentence.
