I've always found a helpful means of shutting up all the nascent teabagging constitutional scholars out there is to ask them to explain the particulars of the 6th Article or the 9th Amendment. Gets 'em every time!
Truth be told, most don't even know the difference between the Articles and the Amendments, let alone the 6th or the 9th of either. To be fair, this is true of most Americans, not just the teabaggers. But it's the teabaggers who are running around ranting and raving about the Constitution without having any idea what they are talking about.
