Remember how George W. Bush appointed the former head of the "International Arabian Horse Association" to be head of the Federal Emergency Management Administration [FEMA] and a short time later New Orleans drowned because the head of FEMA was flat completely unqualified for his job? Well I suppose we should just be happy this other plan from inside the Bush White House never came to be: Dudes wanted the head of Fed-Ex to replace Donald Rumsfeld as Secretary of Defense! The head of Fed-Ex. Are you fucking kidding me?!?! So glad the 2000s are over.
