Feeling Manipulated?

Way back when, pre-blog, I was, as were many others, outraged over the actions of the Bush administration. The contemptible, unchallenged lies and manipulations leading us into the war in Iraq had already led to the deaths of thousands and the misery of millions. Seeking an outlet, I sent endless angry screeds to newspapers far and wide; I ranted at the water-cooler in red-faced fury; I shook my [middle] finger (metaphorically, natch) at many a vehicle sporting a 'W' bumper sticker and I even stuck little yellow flags with Dubya's picture on them in random piles of dog crap around town. Finally, I hatched the Quixotic idea of creating my own homemade postcards and mailing them, dozens at a time, to like-minded (and not so like-minded) individuals around the nation whom I wanted to know the depth of my exasperation.

Here is the first of those postcards.
