Who would have thought that "Blanche Lincoln," Democrat from the great state of Arkansas, would ever become the most powerful woman in America. When it comes to health care reform...apparently she's just that. After all, she represents about 2.8 million people, roughly 8/10ths-of-1% of the population of the United States. WTF?
