President-elect Barack Obama has officially turned North Carolina Blue and will be taking its 15 Electoral Votes with him to Washington. The result puts the final EC tally at 364-173 and renders my pre-election prediction of a 348-190 Obama victory moot.

On a side note, among the interesting results of Tuesday's election is this: There are no -- none, zero, nada, zilch -- Republican congresspersons in all of New England. The bloody chowdaheads hella tossed every last one of them out on their keisters, like a regular Boston Tea Party.
