Looks like Al Franken is slowly closing the gap on Norm Coleman in the Minnesota senate recount. If you're wondering just how tedious a recount is, MN Public Radio has posted a sampling of "challenged ballots" on its website and lets you be the judge...
The Coleman campaign challenged this ballot, arguing the voter didn't intend to vote for Franken, because of the small dot inside the bubble next to Dean Barkley’s name. (MPR Photo/Curtis Gilbert)
