Oh, Snap!

Ralph Nader gets pwn'd:

So, on Press's radio show they had on Nader. Typically, Press's show is filled with big Dem names talking shop -- not that Nader is a huge name, but you know what we mean. Anyway, Press, whose demeanor is very cordial and nice, even when he's disagreeing, decides to tell Nader that he is officially endoring the guy. Nader, understandably, was stunned. Then they took calls for about ten minutes -- 90 percent of which were pretty brutal to Nader -- until a finally a caller figured out it was April Fool's Day and called Press on it.



Nader: "Oh, of course this is an April Fool's joke, I have a plane to catch" and unceremoniously hung up.



Press: "Of course, it's an April Fool's joke I would never endorse Ralph Nader."
